  1.      Dallas Mavericks vs Kansas City Thunder

Basketball fans, hit up the American Airlines Center to see Kansas City Thunder challenge the Mavericks. The game is on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $17.

  1.      Billy Bob’s Concert

You’re always guaranteed a good time at Billy Bob’s, and this weekend at the world’s largest honky-tonk, Bryan White and Wade Hayes will be performing their top hits together. The concert starts at 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, and doors open at 6 p.m. Get there early to two-step, shoot pool, and watch live bull-riding at 9 and 10 p.m. for $4. General admission is $16, while a reserved-seating concert ticket is $22.

  1.       Autumn at the Arboretum

Head to the Dallas Arboretum for its ongoing Autumn celebration. Thousands of pumpkins and gourds decorate the beautiful grounds. The theme is Finding Neverland, so the set up follows the beloved storyline of “Peter Pan.” It is open 9 to 5 p.m. every day until Nov. 21. Admission is $15.

  1.      Kiss Me, Kate

The classic and Tony Award-winning Broadway musical is being performed by Main Stage Irving-Las Colinas. A comical re-telling of Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew,”  the musical follows the story of an ex-husband and wife in show business who clearly have an unfinished romance. The show runs two consecutive weekends, those of Nov. 9 and Nov. 16. The musical is performed at the Dupree Theatre, located at 3333 North MacArthur Blvd in Irving. Seat costs range from $21 to $31.

  1.      Dallas Stars vs. Nashville Predators

The hockey season continues on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 1 p.m., when the Stars will face the Nashville Predators. The game is at the American Airlines Center, and tickets are priced starting at $24.

  1.      Etsy Dallas Jingle Bash

Etsy, the popular online shopping platform that specializes in vintage and handmade goods, is hosting a market in Dallas on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 10:30 to 5 p.m. Stroll around the venue to view the very best in local handmade apparel, bags, jewelry, home décor, accessories, art, pottery and more. Be one of the first 50 guests to arrive to snag a goodie-filled Bash Bag. The event is located at the Fashion Industry Gallery at 1807 Ross Ave in Dallas.  Admission is free.
