  5. The Angelika continues their 80s Rewind Film Series with Say Anything on Feb. 5. The classic 1989 John Cusack romantic comedy follows the romance between the beautiful high school valedictorian and an underachiever the summer after they graduate high school. Tickets $12.
  6. WaterTower Theatre in Addison presents the regional premiere of Pulitzer Prize winner Quiara Alegria Hudes’ play Elliot, A Soldier’s Fugue. Hudes’ spare, intense and poetically resonant play speaks to the personal cost of war across the ages, spanning three generations of a Puerto Rican-American family. Performances run through Feb. 18. Student rush $12.
