TT: How would your describe your style?
MM: Classic and tailored with a hint of Bohemian … well, sometimes.
TT: Who is your favorite designer?
MM: I like Versace evening wear. But for everyday clothes I like St. John. Also, I love Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs.
TT: Where is your favorite place to shop?
MM: I like White House Black Market and J.Crew. You can get 20 percent off at J.Crew if you are a college student.
TT: What are some trends that you like?
MM: Skinny jeans, blazers and Staples Clothing … Oh, and oversized hobo bags because I can fit everything in them … even another pair of shoes that I will use when I change out of my heels.
TT: What is something that every girl should have in her closet?
MM: A really good pair of jeans and heels – lots of heels – ones that are at least 6 inches!
TT: Do you have any fashion advice for the readers?
MM: Wear what looks good on you, not the current trend, because most likely the current trend won’t look good on you … just kidding.
TT: What is something that you regret wearing?
MM: Well, I had a seatbelt belt that actually buckled. I also I had a punk phase. I wore a lot of black and studded bracelets. I used to part my hair in the middle. Looking back at that, I look so bad in pictures. No one can pull off a middle part, no matter how many people compliment you.
