The following incidents were reported to the Office of Campus Safety between Saturday, Oct. 22, and Friday, Oct. 28.

– Saturday, Oct. 22, 1:26 a.m. – Irving Police Department arrested a subject for public intoxication at the Tower Village apartments.

– Saturday, Oct. 22, 4:39 p.m. – The Campus Safety Office received an automatic fire alarm for the Haggar University Center. The Irving Fire Department was called while Safety Officers responded. It was determined the alarm was caused by a grill fire in the cafeteria serving line. The fire was extinguished by kitchen personnel. Irving Fire Department cleared the campus after confirming the fire was out.

– Monday, Oct. 24, 3:10 a.m. – Campus Safety received a report of a theft from a residence hall room.

– Monday, Oct. 24, 8:10 p.m. – The Office of Campus Safety performed a fire drill at the O’Connell Residence Hall.

– Tuesday, Oct. 25, 1:38 p.m. – The Campus Safety Office received an automatic fire alarm for the Augustine Residence Hall. The Irving Fire Department was called to campus. The alarm was reset after it was determined there was no fire. The Irving Fire Department then cleared campus.

– Tuesday, Oct. 25, 3:30 p.m. – A student reported the theft of a bicycle.

– Thursday, Oct. 27, 1:48 a.m. – Campus safety received a report of an intoxicated student in a residence hall.

– Thursday, Oct. 27, 6:45 p.m. – The Campus Safety Office received an automatic fire alarm for the Gregory Residence Hall. The Irving Fire Department was called to campus. The alarm was reset after it was determined the alarm was caused by a smoke machine being used for the residence hall haunted house. The Irving Fire Department then cleared campus.
